Post-Abortion Support
Emotions after an abortion don’t always follow a script. Some women feel relief, some feel sadness, and many feel a mix that’s hard to put into words. Those feelings can surface right away or months or even years later. Whatever you’re experiencing, it’s valid, and you don’t have to face it alone.
You’re Not the Only One
If you’ve been struggling since your abortion, please know how common that is, even if no one around you is talking about it. Grief, guilt, anxiety, or a quiet heaviness you can’t quite name are all things people carry after this experience. There’s no right way to feel and no timeline you’re supposed to keep. Wherever you are is a valid place to start.
A Safe Place to Be Heard
At Warrenton Pregnancy Center, we offer free, confidential post-abortion support. You can talk openly with someone who will listen, at your own pace, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. Our goal isn’t to tell you how to feel. It’s to walk alongside you as you process and find a path toward healing.
Everything you share stays private, and your dignity is always respected here.
Support for Men, Too
This isn’t only something women carry. Men can feel the weight of a past abortion as well, often without ever having a place to talk about it. Our post-abortion support is open to men, and you’re just as welcome here.
What Support Looks Like
Post-abortion support at Warrenton Pregnancy Center is one-on-one, conversational, and led entirely by you. You can come in once just to talk, or return as many times as you need. Many women find that simply having a consistent space to process makes a meaningful difference.
Reach Out When You’re Ready
There’s no deadline on healing, and there’s no wrong time to ask for support. Whenever you feel ready, we’re here.
